From France, Dela actually got a following and his start in Japan, where eventually several successful releases were exclusive to the country before finally getting a US version of his latest release Changes of Atmosphere. Now missing only one track from the original release, it has at least been replaced with an all new one featuring Elzhi. Soulful hip hop with a classic feel, no wonder he's gained fans and guest appearances from the likes of J-Live, Blu, Talib Kweli, Large Pro and more, all with an extra push from Fat Beats! Limited!
